Office Manager

We are an agile team of 15 creative people with multiple roles. Inside this team, you will find yourself primarily working on office tasks and secondarily on managing small and medium scale projects with the assistance and supervision of a senior pm.

Excellent use of Greek and English language (both written and spoken)

Ease with personal computers

Responsibilities


Implementation and supervision of office policies and procedures (archiving, clients onboarding, procurement management, supervision of account and bureaucratic processes)

Responding to daily incoming communications (email and social networks)

Preparing financial offers combining services from our service library (Approx. 4 per month)

Contract adaptation based on templates (Approx. 1 per month)

Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients

Project tracking and communication with the client for deliverables and presentations

Engage clients and design team for the compilation of the creative brief as well as handling client’s feedback.

Coordination of production processes in cooperation with the design team and external partners (ex. printing houses, marketing agencies etc.)
