Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.
Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and organization.
A customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to assess challenges from multiple angles.
A knack for networking and maintaining professional connections.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
Resourcefulness, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
The ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for potential customers and introducing them to HØLY’s services.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Representing our agency with a deep understanding of how our solutions meet client needs.
Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Managing the sales cycle end-to-end: identifying prospects, scheduling appointments, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and pitches that highlight our agency’s value.
Generating leads through cold calling and networking efforts.
Producing concise, accurate reports, proposals, and executive-level documentation.
Staying updated on client needs, industry trends, and competitive activities, and providing valuable feedback to the team.
Representing HØLY at industry events to promote the company and expand your network.
Collaborating with the team to shape the company’s strategic direction by identifying growth opportunities.
