We are looking for a proficient UI Designer, willing to design simple yet thoroughly thought and meaningful user-centered experiences. As a UI Designer, you will become a part of many and variable UI/UX projects in close collaboration with designers, copywriters, developers and project managers.
We look past diplomas when it comes to a great Portfolio. For the final selection of the person to take on the role, no studentship or diploma is required, so focus on your portfolio.
Knowledge of the latest design tools - we currently roll on Figma
Attention to detail to create pixel-perfect & consistent design based on grid systems.
Up-to-date with the latest design systems & UI trends
Understanding, creation and maintenance of design systems & component-based design
Time-management skills
Willingness to share and process feedback & explore innovative design solutions
User interface design for websites or web products.
Preparing and presenting different styling proposals for projects based on existing brand identity or by creating moodboards when guidelines are not available
Ensuring proper hand-off to engineering team (internal or external)
Maintaining design systems with updates & new components
Preparing design guidelines & providing proper documentation for their usage
Identifying basic design issues and coming up with the appropriate approach to solving them
Collaboration with team members
UI design portfolio (offline presentations in case of unavailable active projects will also be accepted)
Proven UI design experience
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position
Basic knowledge or understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in UX design
Experience with Webflow or similar products
Experience with Google's material design & Apple's Human Interface guidelines
